How long does it take to process and ship an order?

When you place an order, it will be shipped out directly from one of our warehouses with the goal of getting it to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume of daily bulk orders, please allow for an estimated delivery time of 3-12 days. You will receive an AWB number within 5-6 days of placing your order, which you can use to track your shipment on the courier's tracking page. In the event that you encounter issues while tracking your order, we're here to help. If you have a multi-item order, it's possible that each item may be shipped from a different warehouse based on availability. Additionally, if a popular item is on backorder, we may opt to ship your items at different times and in different packages to prevent any delay in getting your order to you as fast as possible.
